I just watched a video on how to dress for succees and I was impressed you can wear something lightweight and cooler as long as it's not in any way transparent--keep it conservative. You'll likely be sweating enough just being in an interview, so do your best to stay out of the heat in advance. If that's not possible, arrive early for the interview and duck into a nearby bathroom (air conditioned) to get prepped for the interview.

I would talk to the teacher about the issue she should not tell parents anything.

I would talk to my staff and try to grant her needs.

I would talk to both teachers about this.

I would inform the parent that we take incdent reports all through the day and tell him let me see what happen and lets deal with the problem like adults.

Do you consider yourself an affordable child care center? yes my rates will be affordable for all people no matter what race gender and age.

What policies, programs, equipment, and curriculum do you use to identify your program? I wont the state of the art equipment.

What are the strengths of your center? To help young parents in need.

In which areas can your center be improved? Getting help from others who no the bussiness

The activity the child enjoys the most is tracing their numbers to thirty.

The child is most excited and attentive when it is time for snacks.

The best form of redirection for this child is when you show him how to play with others.

One objective the family could work on at home with this child is properly eating skills.

Monthly Readiness Skill: Making good dieting foods

 

Curriculum-  The kids Activity Pyramid, Choose my Plate. Understanding foods.

 

Lesson Plans & Coming Attractions:  reviewed and approved two weeks in advance by head teacher

           

           

                        My pyramid worksheet all staff are to be present if not you will lose your incentive to earn extra pay.

 

 

Teacher Designated Planning Time: Resources are available. All materials must remain in the center.  Lesson plans are not to be done during class time.  Teachers should have fun when implementing lessons.

 

Field Trips: Planning, scheduling, organizing, informing parents, cost, itineraries, review with staff, attire, safety, and attendance.

 

Special Visitors: In house field trips enhance weekly themes or curriculum.  Visitors should be included in lesson plans and Coming Attractions.

 

Orientations, Events, and Celebrations: Preplanned and discussed as a program.  Materials, supplies, transportation arrangements, and additional needs will be based on program budget.
